It is written on the ancient artifact NPC Item that only a descendant of Edana can draw out the thing that is sealed within. Take the Memories of the Deep Sea Knowledge Item on the ancient artifact and return it to where it belongs.

※ After completing the quest, interacting with the artifact will transport you to the Sycraia Upper Zone.
