Objective
When the Memories of the Deep Sea Knowledge Item was placed at the center of the underwater ruins, it was as if a seal was broken and a mysterious creature NPC Knowledge soared up and disappeared. You felt the ocean currents returning to normal. Go to the Great Library of Calpheon and seek out Arteedman NPC Knowledge.
Look for Arteedman NPC Knowledge in Calpheon City;

The two groups, the ancients weapons and the Protties... in the end it sounds like all they both wanted to protect their ocean.
Yet in doing so, they eventually brought imbalance to the ocean.
Ah, your tale, it is incredible!
To think that you were able to do what you did,
perhaps that creature, the god of the Protties, brought you to me!
Thanks to you, we have discovered two entirely new beings: the marine ancient weapons and the Protties.
Since we determined that they are not naturally hostile, hopefully they will be allowed to live in peace.
Our findings will surely be recorded in the annals of history.

These are objects I found while I was conducting my own investigation while you were busy exploring the underwater ruins.
I originally intended to use them for research but to thank you I will give you one of them.
