Objective
Arteedman NPC Knowledge is a geologist who is currently investigating the anomalous ocean currents. He wants to you meet up with him at the Great Library of Calpheon.

My name is Arteedman NPC Knowledge, and I'm a geologist.
Have we met before?
I have been researching the ecology of Kamasylvia
so we might have met there.
Have you heard that the ocean currents
have been acting strange lately?
Most people don't seem to think much of it,
as many of them are ignorant when it comes to the ocean.
The ocean currents are not the only things I noticed changing though.
The color and taste of the ocean water has changed, as well as the ecology of the local seaweed NPC Knowledge Item, fish, and shellfish NPC Knowledge Item.
This might be an indicator of activity along a fault line under the ocean floor.
I have much more I want to tell you but I also need to look up some books.
