Since you are done with the Abandoned Iron Mine, the Black Spirit NPC Knowledge suggests you go receive your reward in Altinova.

Go to Datu Varudatu NPC Knowledge in Altinova and hand over your Noble Sword of Sealed Magical Power to receive a Freed Magical Noble Sword.

※ Caution: Be sure to remove any crystals that were transfused into the item before handing it over, otherwise you will lose the crystals.

※ Freed Magical Noble Sword can be exchanged for better gear through the quest Magic Noble Sword Exchange IV, which can be accepted after completing the Main Mediah Quest Reunion at Last.

※ Caution: If this character's Freed Magical Noble Sword is thrown away, the character will not be able make an exchange for better gear through the quest Magic Noble Sword Exchange IV.
