Since you are done with the Abandoned Iron Mine, the Black Spirit NPC Knowledge suggests you go receive your reward in Altinova.

Go to Datu Varudatu NPC Knowledge in Altinova and hand over your Shuriken of Sealed Magical Power to receive a Freed Magical Shuriken.

※ Caution: Be sure to remove any crystals that were transfused into the item before handing it over, otherwise you will lose the crystals.

※ Freed Magical Shuriken can be exchanged for better gear through the quest Magic Shuriken Exchange IV, which can be accepted after completing the Main Mediah Quest Reunion at Last.

※ Caution: If this character's Freed Magical Shuriken is thrown away, the character will not be able make an exchange for better gear through the quest Magic Shuriken Exchange IV.
