Since you are done with the Abandoned Iron Mine, the Black Spirit NPC Knowledge suggests you go receive your reward in Altinova.

Go to Datu Varudatu NPC Knowledge in Altinova and hand over your Talisman of Sealed Magical Power to receive a Freed Magical Talisman.

※ Caution: Be sure to remove any crystals that were transfused into the item before handing it over, otherwise you will lose the crystals.

※ Freed Magical Talisman can be exchanged for better gear through the quest Magic Talisman Exchange IV, which can be accepted after completing the Main Mediah Quest Reunion at Last.

※ Caution: If this character's Freed Magical Talisman is thrown away, the character will not be able make an exchange for better gear through the quest Magic Talisman Exchange IV.
Go to Datu Varudatu NPC Knowledge in Altinova and hand over your Talisman of Sealed Magical Power;
