The captain asked you to drive out the young ocean stalker on their way to Oquilla's Eye with the descendant of the Vell Pirates. Drive out the sea monster and go to Oquilla's Eye.

Clear the way so that our frigate
can pass by without a splash of water.
And about that criminal... We will hand over her to the Serendians and the Old Moon Guild
since we Calpheonians cannot land on that island.
Do keep an eye on her so that she doesn't escape
and make sure you hand her over to the tribespeople, you hear me?
