It hasn't been that long since Soryu became the sibyl who looks after the Ratt Delegation. And yet, she's been depressed ever since the delegation's symbolic kite got swept away one stormy night.

Have you heard the villagers talking about the Kite of Ratt?
Ah... yes. That kite is a very special item, the very symbol of Nampo.
How valiantly the large Kite of Ratt flew in the sky!
And yet, no sooner then we arrived in Oquilla when the kite vanished overnight!
I can't bear to think how devastated the rest of the delegation must've felt...
What if they think it bears some kind of ill omen for our journey here?
According to Bindo the blacksmith, seeing how the kite was probably swept away by the waves,
it's best that we give up on retrieving it entirely...
But now I'm filled with determination to retrieve that kite.
