of customs and traditions, no?
Back in Nampo, we used to fly a huge kite in the sky,
and everyone in the village would make a wish and burn offerings.
Unfortunately, the kite vanished one stormy night.
Swept away by a big wave, I assume.
I don't want to point fingers, but the inn was usually in charge of maintaining the kite,
so Haeran NPC Knowledge should've taken it down that night.
But poor Soryu blames herself, since she was the village sibyl...
