Rad Rasha NPC Knowledge insists that ruins which look similar to one of Aal's Sanctums are sunken under the sea near Hope Pier. Head to the place he indicated, find something of value, and show it to Saya Nesser NPC Knowledge.

What I pulled up was not a treasure,
but a brick engraved with Aal's scripture.
I can't assess the true value of such a thing like that, though.
I'm just a humble fisher.
I just can't get my head around the fact that
something like that brick
was just sitting there, under the sea.
I just can't comprehend...
You can still find similar stuff
near where I found that brick, you know.
I hear Princess Saya is visiting Mr. Shakatu NPC Knowledge.
If you find something similar, make sure to show it to her.
Since Princess Saya is in charge of everything Scripture-related,
she would definitely be interested in the brick.
