You will need to be well prepared for it.
Most importantly, if you don't prepare some drinking water,
you will found yourself in much peril rather quickly.
Firstly, go to the material vendor and get some empty bottles.
If you fill up the bottles with the river water and filter it,
you will get Purified Water Knowledge Item, which can be used to treat heatstroke.
Add Star Anise Knowledge Item to Purified Water via Simple Cooking to make Star Anise Tea Knowledge Item.
