There was a curse on the seas near Epheria,
but the curse was that of a restless spirit and not a curse from the ancients.
The restless spirit was the captain of a group of sea voyagers with advanced technology
whom were massacred and falsely labeled as pirates to justify the bloodshed.

and our own civilization could have developed in a very different way.
I would like to reveal the truth of what happened, but too much time has passed.
Who would believe us, even if we had a letter from a hundred years ago as proof?
I wonder what happened to the little monster Vellalops.
Do you think it made it back to Margoria?
I feel a little uneasy about the thought that the monster could be related
to the monster that literally sunk an entire civilization,
and that it could still be alive.
I hope that it is not true.
If it is, there might be a possibility that the monster might come back to strike again.
