Chapter 9: The Uninvited Guest

The traveler left Mihyun, who had transformed into Mongryong, at the place of exile and returned to Yuunru with Dolswe NPC Knowledge. He was worried about Yeonhwa. Suddenly, someone barged into Yuunru.

"Yeonhwa! Yeonhwa, are you here?!"

Yeook stood in the intruder's way.

"What is the meaning of this?!"
"Im Yeook NPC Knowledge of Yuunru. You dare hide a criminal from me? Planning to ditch your headmaster gig and cozy up as some noble's concubine?"

Yeook couldn't respond, trembling as she glared at the intruder. Just as everyone stepped forward to confront the intruder, a scream echoed from the inner quarters—Yeonhwa's scream. The traveler grabbed a weapon to fend off the intruder, but another assailant appeared from behind. In his hand was the artifact from the Tiger Palace that Yeonhwa had taken!

"All yogwes shall be purged from this land."

Upon hearing this, Seungsan NPC Knowledge realized that the intruders were from the Centipede Market. As if to eliminate any witnesses, the intruder attacked Seungsan, but the traveler blocked the attack. Meanwhile, Yeonhwa, having regained her senses, staggered out from the inner quarters.
