Objective
The Keeper of Keys seemed to be quite drunk already. Obtain the key by giving him Kanpacho's Hard Liquor and fill up the chest with Stella's Strange Powder as Gruntie said. But most importantly, obtain the plunder journal.

※ To get the quest items, talk to Kanpacho NPC Knowledge at the Northern Wheat Plantation to obtain Kanpacho's Hard Liquor, Stella NPC Knowledge in Florin to obtain Stella's Strange Powder, and the Keeper of Keys to obtain the Golden Key. If you lose these items before the quest is complete, you can get the items again from the NPCs.
Give Kanpacho's Hard Liquor to the Keeper of Keys and obtain the key;Use the key to obtain the plunder journal;Fill the container with Stella's Strange Powder;
