After hearing the story of the marines and pirates, Falasi said he came up with a small plan to harass the pirates. Visit Falasi's friend Gruntie if you wish to participate in his plan.

Ah, Adventurer. How have you been?
I've been extremely busy since the last time we met.
After you told me the story of the marines and pirates,
the scar on my back ached that night, thinking of those cutthroats.
I'll never forget them...
The gray ship you mentioned is their infamous commanding ship.
I was taken by them once too when I was a sailor,
and I had to give them everything I had in order to get free.
As a citizen and someone who loves Port Epheria,
I will not let this continue to happen.
Thus, I came up with a small plan to harass the pirates.
