Hmm, interesting!
Listen carefully as I read from the journal.
I love stories like this...
From what I saw, whatever destroyed the ancient civilization underwater
could not have been a simple natural disaster.
Something horrible must've happened, something horrifying and nightmare inducing.
It led me to think, what if the fossilized blood was related to all of this?
What if it's the remains of a great monster from long ago,
and the ancient civilization I saw was actually destroyed by a great monster?
We must get ahold of the fossilized blood.
If we get hold of this so called fossilized blood, it could make us rich beyond our dreams.
Then we must leave far, far away...
If there is such a great monster and it returns, the ocean could run red with our blood when it strikes again.
Hmm... there's nothing about plundering or the marines in the journal.
Whoever wrote the journal thinks that a monster bled while it sank the ancient civilization,
and the blood became fossilized.
The pirates think the fossilized blood is somewhere deep under the sea,
and they are looking for that because they think it will be worth a lot of money!
Fossilized blood of a horrendous monster...
I'm sure it holds immense power!

Dialogue (Alt)
I think a lot of pirates lost their lives
while searching for the fossilized blood.
Let's return to Calpheon.
