You find a man named Leman Hesse NPC Knowledge upon your arrival at Marlene Island. Unfortunately, it looks as if you are unable to hold a conversation with him. He says if you don't believe him when he said there is no such creature, you should try another island.
Head to Balvege Island which is close to Marlene Island.
Go to the Node Manager at Balvege Island;
