You met a woman named Anaki on Angie Island. Anaki, together with the soldiers, are searching for her missing sister. No one on Angie Island has seen a bizarre creature. Anaki suggested you to go to different islands to look for better information.
Head to Marka Island next to gather more information.

A bizarre creature, huh? It does sound interesting.
Unfortunately, I don't have the time to look for some bizarre creature.
I need to repair the boat that was damaged from the storm and look for my missing sister, Baki.
You can try asking the soldiers stationed here, but I don't think you'll find
anyone that have seen a bizarre creature.
I suggest you visit different islands to find out more.
Marka Island isn't too far from here.
You can go there to look for more information.
If you happen to find Baki, please let her know that I am here.

Marka Island is located to the west of Angie Island.
Keep traveling west and you should see an island.
Actually, that area is a good spot to fish Scorpion Fish Knowledge Item.
