Dichzy Borne NPC Knowledge seemed skeptical about the bizarre creature. He found the rumor about the creature amusing but didn't seem to know anything about it. He thinks that the bizarre creature might be partly terrestrial. Since Tulu Island is rich in resources, there is a possibility that it may be living there. Head to Tulu Island as Dichzy suggested.
