Objective
Chapter 6: An Urgent Cry

The culprit was none other than Im Seonghoon, the father of Dalbeol Village Chief Im Sangyoon NPC Knowledge. He was the fox hunter of the Centipede Market, the ones who had taken the life of the Gumiho NPC Knowledge Mihyun's sister. The Centipede Market, a place steeped in malevolence, sought to drive the sacred Samsin Tree NPC Knowledge into a frenzy. They kidnapped the Samsin NPC Knowledge children, inciting the villagers to curse the tree, and severed the water streams that nourished it, leaving her parched and suffering.

Upon realizing the grim truth, Seunghee's eyes burned with fury. At that moment, another dire news reached them. The children who had recently returned were collapsing.

"Could it be, the ages of the sick children from yesterday and today... How old are they? Are they over ten?"
"Ah... No, my baby is only eight... Malbok is seven, and that family's child is nine..."
"'When the river dries up, all the fish die...' It seems something has happened to Goddess Samsin!"

Breathless, Seunghee arrived at the sacred Samsin Tree, where Jang Hyeongwang of the Centipede Market and Im Seonghoon awaited. What could their sinister plan be?

"My nephew, must it truly come to this? Even innocent children have been caught in the crossfire."
"Young Master, they are merely abominations born with yogwes' powers."

The wicked Centipede Market was using the lives of innocent children to fulfill their dark purposes.

In the end, a hairpin of the Dark Bonghwang NPC Knowledge, tainted by darkness, pierced the Samsin Tree. Consumed by resentment, the Goddess Samsin unleashed an unending wrath.

"Sa... Samsin! Stop!"

Seunghee cried out desperately, but his plea fell on deaf ears.
