Upon arriving at Kanvera Island, you found Dalfus NPC Knowledge cutting grass. Dalfus mentioned that he doesn't have time to look at the sea, because he's busy cutting grass. Dalfus told you head to Arakil Island if you're not going to help him cut grass.
Head to Arakil Island.
Go to the Node Manager at Arakil Island;
