[Storybook] Tale of the Blue-clad Youth
Black Spirit
Objective
Chapter 3: A Promise Between Two
Young, who had studied only literature since birth, continued to study books from the Blue-clad Youth NPC Knowledge. Having lived so long, the youth knew much, and became a great teacher to Young. When Young grew tired of studying, the Blue-clad Youth also taught him arts, such as music, singing, and dancing. Five years passed in this way, and one day, Young prepared to go outside.
"Young, where are you planning to go today?"
"...I won't be back for a while. Don't wait for me."
"Huh? Then
let's go together. Didn't you promise to take me with you?"
"No. As I am now, I don't even have the strength to protect myself. How could I take you out into the world? I will head to the Sangdo School, where I might gain my strength!"
"Gain strength?"
"I will reclaim what is mine."
"Y-Young."
"I might die."
"..."
"I promise. Once I reclaim what is mine, I will come back for you."
"..."
"The truths of the world you taught me, I will put them into practice."
With that, Young left behind the Blue-clad Youth and walked away. The Blue-clad Youth watched Young's receding figure, endlessly.
