Black Spirit
Objective
One-eyed Physiognomist I: Physiognomist of Gowun Plateau
There is a famed physiognomist living in Gowun Plateau.
It is quite perplexing to see one so renowned for his wisdom and insight, living in a crumbling house and constantly intoxicated. It is unclear what has led to this unfortunate turn of events.
Beyond the gates, rumors circulate that the physiognomist traded
one of his eyes with a yogwe in exchange for his mysterious abilities.
While passing by Dalbeol Village,
the traveler hears an interesting story from a wandering merchant.
It was that the physiognomist didn't trade his eye to a yogwe,
but rather lost it to an elite master whom he had received teachings from.
The traveler became curious about the identity of this master
and the true story behind the physiognomist losing his eye.
To find answers, the traveler looked for a constable who was well acquainted with Gowun Plateau.
Encouraged by a wandering merchant, the traveler hastened their steps.
The traveler met the constable at Gowun Plateau and immediately expressed their curiosity.
However, the constable, who was entrusted with transcribing the words of the king,
sternly refused to speak about other people's stories and told the traveler to leave.
