Objective
One-eyed Physiognomist II: Physiognomist's Youth
However, the traveler, after hearing a secret from the wandering merchant,
got through to the constable and learned about the physiognomist's youth.
The following was events took place more than a decade ago.
The physiognomist used to spew harsh criticisms in order to correct people's flaws,
believing that it was the best favor he could do for these people.
Due to this belief, he gained the reputation as the "Viper Physiognomist."
His physiognomy reached even the king's ears,
and he headed to the capital to be of assistance to the king.
His criticisms continued even within the palace.
Both the king and his subjects believed the words of the physiognomist unwaveringly,
and a single word from the physiognomist had the power to overturn the entire court.
As more people began to fear the physiognomist,
the king grew cautious and resentful of his presence.
On a moonlit night, when the physiognomist was weary
from criticizing the malice that people held in their hearts,
he resorted to his usual remedy: drinking heavily.
But for some reason, he could not get drunk that day,
no matter how much he drank.
